Lowry AFB 6th Ave, east of central gone. All new development
Stapleton Intl Airport 32nd and Quebec gone. All new development. (32nd now Martin Luther King Blvd)
Drive by your old junior high
Visit your old neighborhood shopping center
Try to find where the old E Colfax Holiday Drive-In was (or any old hang-outs!)
Find 10 people who still know what you mean when you say "Valley Highway"
Drive by the house you grew up in (does it look smaller?)
Find the church that had "The Cellar"
And the one that had "The Barn"
How about the Tower Theater -- or whatever theater where you got your first kiss across the arm-rest.
Some of the old parking spots south and east of Stapleton are rumored to still be there is yours?
